A Review Package has Been Created...

• Develop outcomes for all stakeholders which

  • safeguard all stakeholders

  • enable services to respond with creativity and flexibility according to the desires and needs of each person

  • are agreeable and result in clear and consistent expectations

• Develop a method of review that helps to inform and direct the services for the benefit of individuals

• Develop a means of evaluating the review process to ensure that it continues to be effective and useful

The Process Began in 1994...

for organizations in the London, Ontario, Canada area who were looking to create an approach to review services for people with disabilities that focuses upon continual improvement.

It's Not Intended to Replace Other Models of Evaluation...

Are We Doing What We Say We're Doing has been created to compliment other evaluation systems, not replace them.  The package has been designed to be flexible so that an organization can target any area of service.
