Welcome to the simple language revolution! Finally, a safety training program has been developed that suits the needs of people who may have significant literacy barriers and anyone who wants to understand occupational health and safety in easier terms. simple safety will provide students with a general understanding of occupational health and safety and prepare them for learning about workplace specific safety information related to hazards in their individual workplaces. It covers topics such as: WHMIS, safety rights, legislated duties of the workplace parties, occupational health, hazard control, and much, much, more! Social Service Providers can use simple safety to prepare the people they serve for employment. Employers can use simple safety to train their employees and meet their legal obligation to provide generic safety training.
